Hello, I am
Tae-jong Song,
the CEO of KOREIT AMC.
Established in 1987, KOREIT AMC is a traditional comprehensive asset management company. Since becoming a subsidiary of KOREIT(Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust), a leading company in the domestic real estate trust industry, in 2016, we have been preparing for our second leap forward.

In addition to the traditional Capital Market sector, we are trying to make best effort to provide new financial investment opportunities to customers across all asset management sectors by combining professional and systematic investment capabilities such as domestic and international real estate alternative investment sector, hi-yield REITs investment sector, and real estate NPL sector.

Under the investment philosophy of “Customer trust is our life”, we aim to discover verified excess return opportunities through specialized and professional investment capabilities in the asset management sector, rather than merely providing the highest rate of return. We strive to offer customers stable and sustainable financial investment products based on comprehensive pre and post-risk management.

Our company offers specialized products across various sectors from domestic to international, including the High-Yield IPO Fund selected as the ‘2023 Financial Product of the Year’, Pension-type funds for lifelong financial planning, ultra-short-term bond funds for managing short-term liquidity, and real estate & alternative investment funds providing high-dividend investment opportunities.

Fixed Incomet

We add Alpha under predetermined portfolio constraints.
We pursue a total return of interest income and capital returns through securities selection, yield curves, and credit spreads in accordance with investment objectives and process.

In a situation where competitive bidding predominates and multiple investors are present, the success or failure of NPL investments is determined by "competitive bidding prices" and "differentiated asset management systems“, maximizing the recovery rate over time.

REITs

With years of asset investment and management experience in various sectors, we will maximize investor returns and grow with investors as trusted partners with enhanced transparency.
